How do I book a site visit?
You can book directly through the website by selecting a suitable slot and completing the ₹99 booking payment.
Is the ₹99 site visit amount adjusted against my project?
Yes. Where stated at the time of booking, the ₹99 is adjusted against the final project value if you proceed with PaintUp. The adjustment applies once and cannot be converted into cash.
Can I get an estimate without booking a visit?
Yes. You can use the online calculator for an approximate estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after the site inspection and measurements.
How can I contact PaintUp about an ongoing project?
Use your project support channel or contact your assigned PaintUp Supervisor.
How do I raise a warranty request?
Submit the warranty request with your project details and photos of the issue. The team will review whether the concern falls under the applicable project warranty.
